• An allocated time is included in the rent for check-out cleaning. Any additional cleaning time beyond this is charged at £42.00 per hour inc. VAT.

• Camp Bed (Extra Person Fee, ages 3+):

– Nightly hire (1–3 nights): £36.00 per person, per night inc. VAT (linen included)

– Weekly hire: £108.00 per week inc. VAT (linen included)

• Where a sofa bed is present and used, additional guest charges apply as above.

• Alternative pillows, duvets, and mattress protectors are available; please allow 24 hours for delivery.

• Advance notice is required to book A/C units.

• Cot hire (ages 0–3): £48.00 per week inc. VAT (linen included).
