Meet the team


Mark Wilson established Globe Apartments in 1981. As a qualified valuer and Chartered Surveyor Mark has unrivalled experience of the London residential property market. Intensely dedicated and methodical, he has put together a highly motivated team guaranteeing a friendly yet professional approach in all the firm's dealings. 

In his spare time Mark is a keen motorcyclist and is learning to play the double bass.

Kiri Ballard joined in 1992 as the office junior and has led the Short Let Team since 1999, building a loyal following from both Landlords and Tenants.

With over 20 years' experience in the serviced apartment sector, Kiri manages the entire short let operation at Globe. 

"Globe provides serviced accommodation for executive staff from some of the world’s largest companies, and in the leisure sector we have built long-standing relationships with a large number of families and visitors who return year after year. On average, 80% of Globe’s guests at any one time are repeat customers.

Globe prides itself on having a down to earth approach, and our customer care puts us leagues ahead of our competitors."

In her spare time, Kiri enjoys music, Sci Fi and her prized possessions are her 2 cats and a Millennium Falcon.

Kasia Banasik joined Globe in November 2016. With a degree in Product Management, Kasia has experience working in the customer service, hospitality and administration industry in London, Poland and the US. 

She has a passion for travelling and enjoys researching new and exciting destinations as well as organising travel agreements for herself and friends. Kasia us currently teaching herself Spanish and enjoys it very much.


Aneta Dudyk joined Globe in May 2017 as a reservations coordinator, having over ten years' experience in the hospitality and serviced apartment sector in London.

Aneta has a degree in Economics from the University of Resovia (Poland), and in her spare time enjoys jogging and spending quality time with her family.


Lina Postorino joined Globe in May 2017 as a Facilities Coordinator, having spent several years’ working in various fields within the hospitality industry in London.

Lina enjoys travelling, cooking and spending her spare time with friends.

Prior to working in the hospitality industry, Lina taught Italian as a Foreign Language in Italy and Austria.


Chris Glew joined Globe in January 2014. He deals with company marketing, copywriting and online networking, and has recently become more involved in the long-let side of the business. He also deals with business development for Globe's sister firm, myleasehold.

Prior to working at Globe, Chris was a journalist who worked predominantly in the Baltic States, writing about politics, economics and regional affairs. In his spare time he enjoys classical music and the poetry of A.E. Housman.

Bradley Penney joined Globe in April 2014 as Facilities and Administration Co-ordinator.

Bradley looks after the majority of daily maintenance issues in our short let department. He has a keen interest in IT, especially Excel, and has helped to update and restructure some of the processes used by Globe.

Being an avid football fan, he plays for his local Sunday league team and believes he was only picked because he is the only left footed player on the team.

Marta Sipos

Marta Sipos joined Globe Apartments in November 2015 as a Bookings Coordinator, and has a degree in International Business.

She has several years’ experience in various fields within the property industry, and previously dealt with residential and commercial lettings and sales.

Marta has an interest in psychology, and enjoys travelling and go-karting. 


Anne Christie joined Globe's accounts department in March 2005. As a qualified chartered accountant Anne has over 10 years' experience in property management and accounting, which has enabled her to assess and improve existing accounting systems and procedures.


Starting his career with Cluttons in 2005, Ghulam developed a keen interest in the complex world of leasehold reform. He went on to work for Gerald Eve, further developing his knowledge and expertise in the area. He finds his work stimulating and enjoys the intricate issues Leasehold Reform Act practitioners have to grapple with. He has worked for some of the most prestigious clients in and around the London area including the Wellcome Trust Estate, the Cadogan Estate, Grosvenor Trust Estates and Howard de Walden Estate.

Ghulam works predominantly for Globe's sister firm, myleasehold ltd, and is keen on helping the disabled and less fortunate, having worked for several different charities, and is currently a trustee of a charity.

Sarah Strain joined myleasehold in February 2011 as an office assistant, having spent 11 years working in Hospitality Management. 

With a background in customer relations and an interest in real estate, she works predominantly with myleasehold alongside our two surveyors as case manager, playing an integral role in the operational side of the business and assistant to the team.  Sarah also has a degree in Psychology from the University of Plymouth and a postgraduate diploma in Hotel Management from Marbella, Spain.

Having grown up in the country, Sarah loves to cook, eat and can grow rather large courgettes!

Bradley Cohen joined myleasehold in October 2013 soon after graduating in Business, Public Policy and Management from Aston University.

Bradley works closely with our two Chartered Surveyors assisting with property valuations, data analysis and research.

Bradley enjoys travelling and playing various sports, including golf and football.

Patricia Camara works for Globe's sister company, myleasehold, which she joined in September 2016. With a customer service and administration background she considers herself friendly and creative, and is always happy to offer assistance and support to the team and our customers.
